Landscape Materials in Cypress, TX
Master-planned is the word for Cypress, and it shows in what people order. Bridgeland and Towne Lake are still filling in, with new lots where the lawn goes down over compacted pad dirt and the beds start from nothing. Fairfield and Coles Crossing have had twenty-plus years to mature, so the work there is renovation: tired beds, thinning turf under grown-out trees, and edging that needs redefining.
Sun exposure is the other constant. Blackhorse Ranch and Stone Gate have wide-open lawns with almost no canopy, which pushes water demand up and rewards a grass built for full sun. The soil runs to tight clay that seals over when it dries, so amendment matters as much here as anywhere we serve. Cypress is past our standard radius, so we handle it as a bulk delivery area — one solid load rather than repeat small drops, which is how most projects out here are structured anyway.

Pick up or have it delivered
Pickup
Open to every Cypress customer with no minimum order. Come to 26622 Aldine Westfield Rd, Bldg 1, Spring, TX 77373 and our loader meets you at the pile. Mon–Sat 7 AM – 5 PM, closed Sunday. Half-yard quantities are available on pickup.
Delivery
Cypress sits past our standard 15-mile range, but we deliver bulk orders here case by case.
To get a delivery price, call 346-848-3046. The office will ask for the ZIP code where the material is going, then how much you need. Distance from the yard to that ZIP sets the base of the quote, and the load size — cubic yards of bulk material, or pallets of sod — factors in on top of it. You get an initial delivery price on the call.
Delivery minimums are 2 cubic yards for bulk material and 2 pallets for sod. For specialty stone like moss rock or builder stone, minimums vary by product, so ask a sales rep. Pickup has no minimum and no delivery cost at all.
Bulk delivery out here is a real, regular part of our week — contractors staging a job and homeowners doing a whole yard at once both buy this way. If the job is small, a half-ton pickup carries about one cubic yard of mulch or half a yard of gravel, which makes a trip to the yard worth considering.
How far we are from you
Coles Crossing is about 23 miles from our yard and Bridgeland roughly 32 miles.
Installation help
We do not just drop material and leave. Talk to us about grass installation and about installing materials like mulch, gravel, and topsoil — call 346-848-3046 and we will scope the job with you. Our installation guide walks through the same steps our crews use if you would rather handle it yourself.
What Cypress customers order most
- Compost
Cypress clay seals over hard. Compost tilled in before sod or planting is the single best thing you can do for a new Bridgeland or Towne Lake lot.
- Select Fill
New construction settles unevenly, and select fill corrects grade before the finish soil and turf go down.
- River Rock
Used for the dry creek beds and drainage features common through the master-planned sections here.
- Brown Mulch
Renovation work in Fairfield and Coles Crossing takes volume, and a bulk load covers a whole property in one drop.
Sod for Cypress lawns
The open, canopy-free lawns in Blackhorse Ranch and Stone Gate get full sun from morning to evening, which is where Bermuda is at its best. Order ahead — it is a special-order grass.
Learn about BermudaCypress questions
- Do you deliver to Bridgeland and Towne Lake?
- Yes, as a case-by-case bulk delivery. Cypress is beyond our standard 15-mile range, so we quote the run individually: call 346-848-3046, give the office your ZIP and how much you need, and you get an initial delivery price on that call. Contractors and full-yard residential projects out here are a normal part of our week.
- What size order makes sense for a Cypress delivery?
- Bigger is better at this distance. The minimum is 2 cubic yards on bulk material and 2 pallets on sod, but consolidating your project into one larger load rather than several small ones is the sensible way to buy from 23 or 32 miles out.
- Can I just come pick it up instead?
- You are welcome to. Pickup has no minimum, half-yard quantities are available, and a half-ton pickup carries about one cubic yard of mulch or half a yard of gravel.
