Landscape Materials in Conroe, TX

Conroe covers a lot of ground, and the landscaping needs shift as you move across it. Grand Central Park is dense new construction with small, tidy courtyard beds and lots where the finish soil is barely deep enough to plant in. Graystone Hills and Wedgewood Falls sit on rolling terrain with more elevation change than most of our service area, which means erosion at bed edges and slopes that need something heavier than mulch to hold.

Around April Sound and the Lake Conroe area the water changes the equation again — bank stabilization, drainage rock, and turf that has to survive both full sun and the occasional soaking. Because Conroe is past our standard radius, most of what we send north is a real load rather than a couple of yards: a contractor staging a job, or a homeowner doing the whole yard at once. That is the efficient way to buy from us at this distance, and it works well for the projects Conroe tends to produce.

Pick up or have it delivered

Pickup

Open to every Conroe customer with no minimum order. Come to 26622 Aldine Westfield Rd, Bldg 1, Spring, TX 77373 and our loader meets you at the pile. Mon–Sat 7 AM – 5 PM, closed Sunday. Half-yard quantities are available on pickup.

Delivery

Conroe sits past our standard 15-mile range, but we deliver bulk orders here case by case.

To get a delivery price, call 346-848-3046. The office will ask for the ZIP code where the material is going, then how much you need. Distance from the yard to that ZIP sets the base of the quote, and the load size — cubic yards of bulk material, or pallets of sod — factors in on top of it. You get an initial delivery price on the call.

Delivery minimums are 2 cubic yards for bulk material and 2 pallets for sod. For specialty stone like moss rock or builder stone, minimums vary by product, so ask a sales rep. Pickup has no minimum and no delivery cost at all.

Bulk delivery out here is a real, regular part of our week — contractors staging a job and homeowners doing a whole yard at once both buy this way. If the job is small, a half-ton pickup carries about one cubic yard of mulch or half a yard of gravel, which makes a trip to the yard worth considering.

How far we are from you

Grand Central Park is about 17 miles from the yard and downtown Conroe roughly 18 miles.

Installation help

We do not just drop material and leave. Talk to us about grass installation and about installing materials like mulch, gravel, and topsoil — call 346-848-3046 and we will scope the job with you. Our installation guide walks through the same steps our crews use if you would rather handle it yourself.

What Conroe customers order most

  • 3.5" Bull Rock

Holds slopes and bank edges around the Lake Conroe area and the graded lots in Graystone Hills.

  • Enriched Topsoil

Grand Central Park's new-construction beds have very little real soil under them, and this is the fix.

  • Black Mulch

The compact, high-visibility courtyard beds in newer Conroe developments look best with a clean, uniform dark finish.

  • White Stone

A bright decorative option that shows up well against the darker soil and heavy planting in Wedgewood Falls.

Sod for Conroe lawns

Open, sun-exposed lots around Grand Central Park and the lake take full sun all day, where Bermuda outperforms a shade grass. It comes in by special order, so plan a day or two ahead.

Conroe questions

Can you actually deliver to Conroe if it is outside the 15-mile range?
Yes. Conroe is past the standard range, so bulk orders are quoted case by case rather than falling under our normal delivery. Call 346-848-3046 with the ZIP where the material is going and how much you need, and the office gives you an initial delivery price on the call. This is a real option for contractors and larger residential projects, not an exception we grudgingly make.
Is it cheaper to order everything at once for a Conroe job?
Generally yes. Load size and distance both factor into the quote, so consolidating a project into one delivery instead of three small ones almost always works out better at this distance.
What if I only need a yard or two?
Delivery has a 2 cubic yard minimum on bulk material and 2 pallets on sod. For anything smaller, pickup has no minimum at all — a half-ton pickup carries about one cubic yard of mulch or half a yard of gravel.
