Landscape Materials in Spring, TX
Spring is where our yard sits, so the soil under your beds is the same soil we load trucks on every morning. Older sections like Old Town Spring and Timber Lane grew up under heavy pine and oak canopy, which means shaded turf, acidic needle drop, and beds that swallow a fresh inch of mulch every spring. Newer stretches around Imperial Oaks, Legends Ranch, and Windrose were scraped flat during construction, so the topsoil that came back is thin and tight, and new plantings almost always need organic material worked in before anything roots well.
Cypresswood and Northgate Forest fall somewhere between the two, with mature front beds and drainage swales that hold water after a Gulf Coast downpour. Most Spring homeowners buy in the two-to-six yard range for a bed refresh and pick up the rest of the season in half yards. Contractors working the subdivisions here load early and come back the same day, which is exactly what the yard is set up for.
Residential customers in Spring
We load homeowners from across 77373 and 77379 daily, and we run just as steadily into 77386, 77388, and 77389. Imperial Oaks, Legends Ranch, Cypresswood, Old Town Spring, and Windrose are neighborhoods where our trucks are a normal sight on a Saturday morning — repeat customers refreshing beds, leveling low spots in the back yard, or laying a pallet or two of sod along a fence line.

Pick up or have it delivered
Pickup
Open to every Spring customer with no minimum order. Come to 26622 Aldine Westfield Rd, Bldg 1, Spring, TX 77373 and our loader meets you at the pile. Mon–Sat 7 AM – 5 PM, closed Sunday. Half-yard quantities are available on pickup.
Delivery
Spring is inside our standard 15-mile delivery range.
To get a delivery price, call 346-848-3046. The office will ask for the ZIP code where the material is going, then how much you need. Distance from the yard to that ZIP sets the base of the quote, and the load size — cubic yards of bulk material, or pallets of sod — factors in on top of it. You get an initial delivery price on the call.
Delivery minimums are 2 cubic yards for bulk material and 2 pallets for sod. For specialty stone like moss rock or builder stone, minimums vary by product, so ask a sales rep. Pickup has no minimum and no delivery cost at all.
How far we are from you
Our yard sits in the middle of everything here — roughly 5.7 miles from Imperial Oaks and about 6.5 miles from Cypresswood.
Installation help
We do not just drop material and leave. Talk to us about grass installation and about installing materials like mulch, gravel, and topsoil — call 346-848-3046 and we will scope the job with you. Our installation guide walks through the same steps our crews use if you would rather handle it yourself.
What Spring customers order most
- Black Mulch
The dark contrast reads well against the light brick common through Imperial Oaks and Legends Ranch, and it holds color through a Spring summer.
- Enriched Topsoil
New-build lots here were stripped during construction, so beds and thin turf areas need real soil put back before anything takes.
- Crushed Granite
Popular for side-yard paths and fire-pit areas on the larger lots around Northgate Forest and Windrose.
- Compost
Worked into tight clay before sod or new plantings, it is the cheapest fix for soil that drains slowly.
Sod for Spring lawns
With mature pine and oak shading so much of Spring, Raleigh is the shade-tolerant St. Augustine that matches what most lawns here are already growing.
